Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns no matter what.
We take great care to provide you with detailed descriptions of any item and we take great care in our packing and shipping to make sure you get exactly what you ordered.
If you are unsure of a product please email us with any questions. We will get back to you as fast as possible with an answer.
REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY
All claims of shortage, or damage MUST BE MADE WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE. Major damage should be reported immediately to and inspected by the carrier. We will lend all assistance in helping to process your claim. USPS Damage: All packing materials should be kept until inspected by a USPS representative.
**IMPORTANT: If MMS accidentally ships the wrong items, please be sure not to open any or use any of the items AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY at email@example.com (within 5 days of receiving) so that we can exchange them. The product must be shipped back in brand new condition. If they are opened tampered with or missing any items, the purchaser accepts the product as is and no exchange will be made. Any items shipped back with missing, opened, or tampered with product will NOT be ship back to the buyer nor will any exchange or refund be made. Please only ship back acceptable items according to this policy.
Please attach pictures of the wrong items so that we can see clearly what you were shipped. Sometimes people are new at these products and just unsure of what they ordered and this helps us to help the buyer better.
Returns labels will be made for USPS Priority Mail. If you got rid of the box your item was shipped in, you can either use a regular brown box that you may have laying around, or you can pick up a free priority box at your local post office.
Some people do not have printers. You can save your label to a USB drive or possible take your smart phone to your local office supply store and they will print your label very inexpensively. Call your local office supply store or ups store to find out exact qualifications.
Customers will be charged for merchandise that is shipped back to Missouri Medical Supplies due to an incorrect address (provided by the customer) or unclaimed returned packages. All authorized & Unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% product restocking fee, in addition, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If reshipment of unclaimed returned packages is desired, additional shipping cost will apply. Only unopened/factory sealed products that are not used for /or as injectables or consumed will be considered for return and are subject to a 25% restocking fee and all shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
All opened products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refused Packages - Customers will be billed for all shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee for all orders where delivery is refused by the customer.
