Read This Before Placing Order

In order to protect card holders and to Reduce Unauthorized Purchases and Credit Card Fraud, we only ship to the the Billing Name and Address of the card holder. 

 

 REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. WE WILL ONLY REPLACE, EXCHANGE OR FIX ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN REPORTED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF ARRIVAL TO YOUR ADDRESS.

**IMPORTANT: If MMS accidentally ships the wrong items, please be sure not to open any or use any of the items AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY at info@missourimedicalsupplies.com (within 5 days of receiving) so that we can exchange them. The product must be shipped back in brand new condition.  If they are opened tampered with or missing any items, the purchaser accepts the product as is  and no exchange will be made. Any items shipped back with missing, opened, or tampered with product will not be ship back to the buyer nor will any exchange be made. Please attach pictures of the wrong items so that we can see clearly what you were shipped. Sometimes people are new at these products and just unsure of what they ordered and this helps us to help the buyer better.

All ORDERS OVER $100 will rquire the buyer to sign at time of delivery.

To keep from getting an error message at checkout and avoid having multiple holds on your funds. Please make sure your Name, Address and Zip Code match exactly what your credit card company has on file or the system will decline the order and put a temporarily hold on your funds until midnight when the batch settles on our end.

  • All orders are shipped within 24 hours M-F**
  • All Orders are issued a Tracking Number.
  • We will not request for any packages to be left at door.  These are medical supplies and we do not take chances for possible theft or minors to have access.  Known, apartments or high traffic areas may be required to pick up at the post office if not home.

USPS INSURED & SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION, YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE. If you package is shipped back to us because you failed to be available to sign for it or did not pick it up at your local post office. You Pay Shipping and a %25 restocking fee.

 

  • Shipping Timing

We try to ship within 24 hours of placed orders Monday through Thursday. Orders Placed on Friday will go out on Monday. No Orders will be shipped on Saturday or Sundays FOR ANY REASON. No orders will be shipped on recognized holidays.

On occasion we will get an incredible amount of orders and it will put us behind up to 3 days on shipping. This rarely happens and we take great measures to get your order out within 24 hours during our business hours.

  • We Ship by united states postal service (post office)

  • You can track your package at www.usps.com
  • Priority mail is the method we use to ship. Neither MMS or USPS Priority mail does not guarantee shipping time or any money back refunds. When the label says "2-3 day shipping", This is an estimated time from the time the post office scans the package until its arrival to you. Process time is not included in this estimated time. Please use provided tracking info to accurately track your package. :)

 

WE NOW SHIP TO APO'S - READ BEFORE BUYINGIt is the purchasers responsibility to know and comply with the laws governing the district in which they live. Check with your countries customs restriction policy before ordering. You will be responsible for the extra costs of any items shipped back or confiscated in customs for non compliance.

  • Where we Ship

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA via United States Postal Service. Note that there are restrictions on some products, You are responsible for knowing laws in your state and are solely responsible for your purchases. By Ordering you are verifying that you are at least 18 years of age and are qualified to purchase products according to your state laws.

  • Restock Charges

Customers will be charged for merchandise that is shipped back to Missouri Medical Supplies due to an incorrect address (provided by the customer) or unclaimed returned packages. All authorized & unauthorized returns are subject to a 25% product restocking fee, in addition, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If reshipment of unclaimed returned packages is desired, additional shipping cost will apply. It is the responsibility for the buyer to track their package and be available to receive the package or make arrangements with local post office for pick up.  Don't count on your mail carrier to let you know he tried to deliver it. Most of the time they don't leave notices.  Only unopened/factory sealed products that are not used in any form for injections will be considered for return and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer assumes all shipping expense.

All opened products are non-returnable or refundable.

  • Refused Packages - Customers will be billed for all shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee for all orders where delivery is refused by the customer.
  • Tracking Package 

When you place an order, You will receive a tracking number from USPS. Be sure that you add info@missourimedicalsupplies.com and usps.com to your email safe list.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

 

  • CHANGES TO EXISTING ORDERS
Due to the manner in which our orders are processed for shipment, we cannot add to, or modify an existing order once it has been submitted. We can only cancel an order IF it has not yet been shipped. If you need to add to or change an existing order, you may e-mail our customer service department and cancel your existing order, IF it has not yet shipped, and then you must re-submit a new order with the changes or additions you wish to make. You must re-submit your order through the on-line check out process. We cannot process, change, or modify any orders via e-mail or phone. We can only cancel orders. If your order has already shipped then you must place an additional order.
All statements of policy, prices and specifications are subject to change or withdrawal.

In the event you have a damaged package

Print out your invoice order confirmation you received when you ordered

Print out your USPS. Tracking information you received when your order was shipped.

Be sure and take all packing material along with the box with the label attached and broken items to the post office. They will then file a claim and refund you fully for the broken items.

In the event you do not receive your products.

Take them to your local post office and they will file a claim and refund you the full amount of your purchase.

Extreme care is used in filling and packing your orders. All items are checked, rechecked and packed by experienced personnel. Should discrepancies occur in your insured package, you should contact your post office immediately. 

All claims of shortage, or damage MUST BE MADE WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE. Major damage should be reported immediately to and inspected by the carrier. We will lend all assistance in helping to process your claim. USPS Damage: All packing materials should be kept until inspected by a USPS representative.

  • Credit Chargebacks

 Customer chargebacks are lengthy and expensive for all parties Please contact us before doing a chargeback. We make every effort to resolve customer concerns. However, if we can’t reach a mutual resolution and you opt to file a chargeback with your credit card company (dispute our bill) and we determine that chargeback to be false, your credit card will be charged to cover the full amount of our losses, including a $35 chargeback fee.

  • Limit of Liability

Missouri Medical Supplies, LLC., as a distributor for the products described in this catalog, warrants that representations for the products described, accurately reflect the manufacturer's representations to Missouri Medical Supplies, LLC.. Missouri Medical Supplies, LLC., therefore, expressly disclaims any and all warranties, whether implied, expressed or statutory, including the warranty of FITNESS FOR USE and MERCHANTABILITY. Missouri Medical Supplies, LLC. will, in no event, be liable for any consequential or incidental damages caused by the use of any products described in this catalog.

All materials being sold, including but not limited to all solvents, all chemicals, all oils, and all sterile diluents, are intended for laboratory or research use only. They are NOT for use as food additives, drugs, or other inappropriate applications. They are not intended for any form of human consumption and are not intended to be used to produce any product or substance that may be used for human consumption. All of the products must be handled only by qualified and trained individuals. When purchasing these products, the customer acknowledges that there may be hazards associated with their use. IN NO EVENT SHALL Missouri Medical Supplies, LLC., OR ANY OF IT'S OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER PURCHASER'S CLAIM IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SALE OF PRODUCT TO PURCHASER, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD Missouri Medical Supplies, LLC., OR ANY OF IT'S OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, EXPENSES, LOSSES AND LIABILITY OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF PURCHASER'S HANDLING AND/OR USE OF PRODUCT, WHETHER USED ALONE OR IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER PRODUCT.
