First Time Buyers

In order to protect card holders and to Reduce Unauthorized Purchases and Credit Card Fraud, we only ship to the the Billing Name and Address of the card holder.


Our office hours are 10am-4pm CST - M-F (these are our shipping hours as well)

  • Shipping Timing

We try to process orders and have ready to ship within 24 hours of the time the order was placed on Monday through Thursday. Orders Placed on Friday will go out on Monday. No Orders will be shipped on Saturday or Sundays FOR ANY REASON. No orders will be shipped on recognized holidays.

On occasion we will get an incredible amount of orders and it will put us behind up to 3 days on processing. We take great measures to get your processed and ready to ship within 24 hours during our business hours.

  • You can track your package at www.usps.com
  • Priority mail is the method we use to ship.  MMS and USPS Priority mail does not guarantee shipping time or any money back refunds. When the label says "2-3 day shipping", This is an estimated time from the time the post office scans the package until its arrival to you. Process time is not included in this estimated time. Please use provided tracking info to accurately track your package. :)

We do not offer guaranteed or express shipping. The only shipping option we offer is USPS priority mail which gives you USPS priority service and insurance. for more info on priority mail see usps.com

Estimated Mailing Time Frame Schedule.

Orders placed on Monday Ship Tuesday - If placed after 4 pm Ships on Wednesday

Orders placed on Tuesday Ship Wednesday - If placed after 4 pm Ships on Thursday

Orders placed on Wednesday Ship Thursday - If placed after 4 pm Ships on Friday

Orders placed on Thursday Ship Friday - If placed after 4 pm Ships on Monday

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday Ship Monday, sometimes Tuesday if there are a over usual amounts of orders.


 Orders Placed on or the day before a "Government Recognized Holiday" will Ship the following day of that holiday unless the holiday is on a Thursday and then it will ship on Monday if we have an excessive amount of orders. 


 FREE SHIPPING OPTION FOR  for orders valued $100.00  Will require signature confirmation but will be shipped at slower less expensive method.



Occasionally USPS mis-routes packages and it takes a little longer to be delivered. 

Because packages are no longer in our hands we can only see what you can see using your tracking number on the usps.com website.  To find out what is happening with your package it is always best to contact your local post office. Have your tracking information available.



**IMPORTANT: Returns are only accepted If MMS accidentally ships the wrong items, please be sure NOT to open any or use any of the items AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY (within 5 days of receiving)  at info@missourimedicalsupplies.com so that we can issue you a mailing label to exchange the product or give you a store credit. The product must be shipped back in BRAND NEW CONDITION.  If it is opened, tampered with, or missing any items, the purchaser accepts the product as is  and no exchange will be made. Any items shipped back products with missing, opened, or tampered with. The product  will not be ship back to the buyer nor will any exchange be made. MAKE SURE YOU SHIP BACK IN EXACT NEW CONDITION.

 Please attach pictures of the wrong items in an email so that we can see clearly what you were shipped. Sometimes people are new at these products and just unsure of what they ordered and this helps us to help the you better.
